Another book sets sail in a sea of publishing. This one was sent off in style into the world once again by Solva Woollen Mill. Signed copies are available and they only have 200 at the moment, or I should really say ‘had’. When the first 200 are sold they will do the draw for the small watercolour hare I painted there last month. Less than 90 left now. Email through any dedications to the Mill. ( I am off on tour next Wed for 2 1/2 weeks so if you have an urgent request get it in before then).
Meanwhile for those who missed it here is a gallery of images.
Beautiful big posters from Golden Hare adorning the Mill.
Books and cushions and a golden hare jelly.
A horse came too, with Deb. He was so calm, but didn’t like the fact that he couldn’t come inside.
Golden hare biscuits and moth napkins.
The first 200 copies of Golden Hare sold at the mill come with a ticket that goes into the pot for a draw to win this small watercolour sketch of a hare.
Cushions for sale at Solva Woollen Mill. £59 for the cushion, or £20 for the panel to make up your own.
The stars of the show were definitely the golden hare jelly and the beautiful quilt made for me by Audrey Hetherington from one of the paintings in the book. So lovely. People kept asking me what I would do with it and seemed surprised when I said ‘sleep under it, and dream’. Such a beautiful gift.
