Painting with kittens.

I have not laughed so much when painting for many years. Next time I will try and concentrate more on getting the right density of ink, freedom of line, contemplation of cat and the nature of cat and the shape of cat. This time is was to do anything other than laugh with the wonderful help of my studio assistants.

The kittens and I have decided to auction this piece to raise money for The Snow Leopard Trust. To bid email me. Bidding starts at £5. You can follow its progress here, and it will end when no bids have been received for 48 hours. Bidding is in Stirling, but will ship the piece anywhere. Please share.

I will try and remember to put latest bid here at the end of every day.

NB Auction was won by Sam in Australia who bid $500 Australian Dollars. But there will be more painting with kittens, to raise money for The Snow Leopard Trust.

About Jackie

I am an artist and writer. I live in a small house by the sea in Wales where I write, paint, walk and watch and dream of bears and whales. I love to read, have a wish for wings and prefer the company of animals to that of humans, though at times I can be quite friendly. I am learning how to work with wood engraving tools and hoping to show that you can teach an old dog new tricks.
