Not alone in being shocked by events in USA, finding the state of the world beyond comprehension, and trying to find a way forward through time. I have been cutting small stamps and making prints from them.
Printed on post cards the ones below are for sale for a minimum donation of £25 each to MSF.

And meanwhile, in an attempt to show solidarity with the people of Minnesota I have cut a Common Loon, the state bird. This also is minimum donation of £25 to Community Aid Network Minnesota to support families away across an ocean. I do not know what else to do, other than be in awe of those who stand against these fascist thugs to protect their neighbours.
Happy to post over oceans. A small web of kindness and connection woven around the world will be a fine thing to weave against the tide of hatred that would wash us all away.
( Just adding a new one in here: Barn Owl- originally crafted for Barn Owl Books in Malmesbury)

To purchase email me, or please leave a comment below. I will be in touch via email with links for donations and to get address for where cards need to be sent. Each piece will be signed, but not numbered. If the demand becomes overwhelming I will close it for a while, but while people are willing to donate I feel I need to give my time to create. Every little helps and the connections formed through these transactions are like a small web of positivity and hope in the darkness.
Please share this post if you would. I look forward to hearing from you. For now I am going to settle my head and heart in the painting of feathers. Birds help me navigate through my days. Their song is growing louder as the light lengthens, thinner than it was when I moved here 33 years ago, but beautiful. I notice it more. Especially the evening chorus as light fades to night. Hearing the change of the chorus as we move towards spring is remarkable. Learning to listen is a skill. The more than human world is so much more fascinating.

Have emailed. x Absolutely possible. I have stamps!!!!!I mean postage ones as well as inking ones. And owls love an ocean crossing.

How do I pay for this?
Hi Jackie, what a beautiful thing to do. I’d love to receive an owl or feathers and would be happy to donate and cover postage.
Good morning Ms. Morris,
Long time reader and collector of your works. I would like to donate and ask for a copy of either the Loon , also one of our Maine birds 🙂 or the twin feather , or really any stamp you create.
Looking for directions on how to confirm donation.
Thank you for your beautiful art and all you create for the good.

Hi Jackie, what a marvellous way to counter such a dreadful situation, bringing support but also joy. I would like to donate and cover postage in exchange for a Northern Diver please.
