Otters in the blue
I was contacted today by the UK Wild Otter Trust to ask if I might donate something in support of their work. Timing was perfect as I was wondering about another auction here. The trust rehabilitate wild otters for release back into our wild rivers. Take a look at their website to see their work, donate if you can.
So, first up, I have made seven labels. Each of these is small, painted in YInMn blue, signed on the reverse. To purchase, email me at jackie@jackiemorris.co.uk and I will get in touch to send you details for payment and get your address. I have written numbers by their sides, will put a note below as they sell. They are £100 each. ( 3 and 7 are sold and no 6 is reserved)
The auction piece is below. This is an Accordion Book, publishing in April with Unbound. You can get copies from Seven Fables in Somerset and they post anywhere in the world. But this one is special as I have painted original otters on the side with the words, using YInMn blue watercolour. Starting bid is £50. All bids in £ please. To bid simply leave a comment on this posting ( please be aware that all bids need to be actioned by me, so won’t appear straight away. This is to avoid spammers. I will, to avoid confusion, only post the highest bid each time. And I will do my best to keep on top of things, check regularly, but please have patience with me. ) When there have been no bids for 48 hours the auction will close. And before this I will contact the top bidders to see if they wish to continue or step back. I hope that makes sense. Email if you’ve a problem.
