It is raining.

Today I will be working on a cover for the Brazilian publisher of Robin Hobb’s books.

 

In October The Wilful Princess and the Piebald Prince will be published. An advance copy arrived a week or so ago. Voyageur have done the most brilliant job on production. Illustrated throughout with black and white and with decorated ends, it doesn’t have the foil ink but has spot laminated cover and just looks and feels so elegant. Always a pleasure working on Robin’s books.

 

 

Somehow Ffion’s eelhound has slithered in to the cover art. She can be found on a few pages inside too.
